(1) Rental reservations are encouraged 4-8 weeks before your due date.
(2) Rental reservations must be confirmed with a signed AquaDoula Rental Contract prior to shipping. Please download a PDF copy of the AquaDoula Rental Contract here.
(3) Rentals are shipped to arrive to you when you want. (Generally mom's prefer approx. 10 days before their due date.)
(4) Rentals are shipped right to your door by a premier Air Shipper* to ensure a safe and timely delivery (generally in 2 business days) of the AquaDoula for your birth. Return shipping is byground shipping service. (*Shipping to some rural areas may require an extra business day. Saturday delivery available in some areas; call for details.)
(5) The Round-Trip Rental Shipping charge total is $190 in the continental US. (If you are in the Seattle area, call for local shipping prices.)
(6) The AquaDoula comes to you as a complete kit, all that you will generally need is a garden hose for filling and draining.
(7) The AquaDoula Rental is scheduled on a per birth basis for a period of up to 3 weeks (the average rental is 2 weeks). If you wish to keep your AquaDoula longer than 3 weeks the fee is $75 per additional week or portion thereof.
(8) After your baby arrives, just repack the AquaDoula in its original box, call us and we take care of the rest by arranging for the prepaid pick-up at your door.
(9) During the course of your rental, should you or someone with you decide to purchase your AquaDoula, a portion of your rental fee is applied, thus the price for purchase is only $899.
